Winter Snow Scene With Lone Figure

A very sweet winter scene with a lone walker. More traditional than most of the offerings from our Gallery, I thought it would make someone a lovely seasonal present. Painted in oils on board and dating from the mid 20th Century, the picture is signed with the relatively common surname Pinelli, and I have hence not been able to identify the artist. The painting is dedicate "Noel (Christmas) 1960 Jean + Anne) on the verso. Measuring 19 x 24 cm, the overall framed size in a modern frame is 27 x 33 cm.
